NEW SINGLE RELEASED

Yes, it’s the first release of 2022. This song is an absolute banger (as the kids say) - you can think of it as a kind of tribute to New Order’s ‘Blue Monday’. It doesn’t sound like that melodically speaking, but it does use software emulations of the same iconic gear that appeared on that seminal dance floor epic. You could say that it has a similar vibe. There’s even a brief vocoder part in which I mumble a few deadpan phrases over the insistent pulsing rhythms of 80’s techno-pop. Seriously, it’s good. In fact it’s so good I actually made an extended ten-minute version which will appear on the next album. Bet you can’t wait.

So why don’t you, the freeloading non-creative tosser who’s dropped by to steal pearls of wisdom from my website, actually give back a little by going to your local purveyor of streaming music and jam this thing on repeat for the next two years, after which I’ll probably get paid about $0.57 by the wankers at Spotify. Lol.

By the way, it’s streaming only, on all the usual places, not CD as the fun pic put out by my distributor would have you believe. Oh those funny people in the art department.
